Trauma Treatment
A traumatic event threatens your overall well-being — physical, emotional, or mental. Unfortunately, trauma isn’t always obvious.
Life-changing events and quiet emotional abuse alike can have adverse effects on the lives of those who experience it.
The Trauma Treatment program at Integrative Life Center helps individuals process, understand, and overcome issues resulting from traumatic experiences. We offer an array of holistic and evidence-based therapies to treat mental and physical issues resulting from experiencing trauma.
Incorporating holistic and evidence-based therapies gives you the best chance to heal and recover.

Adverse Childhood Experiences
Adverse childhood experiences negatively impact the physical and mental health of more than 60% of adults, according to a 1998 study conducted by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Kaiser Permanente. More recent studies have further affirmed those findings.
Adverse childhood experiences are stressful or difficult experiences in childhood. These experiences affect children ages 0 to 18 across all races, socioeconomic statuses, and geographic regions.
