The Integrative Life Network is growing and looking to add an Admissions Specialist to our team. This position is responsible for the Admissions process for incoming clients across our family of treatment centers: Integrative Life Center, Begin Again Institute and Boulder Recovery. While this position is located in Nashville, Tennessee and will office out of Integrative Life Center’s business office, this role will perform the responsibilities below for all of our treatment facilities across the country.

 

SUMMARY

Responsible for the admissions process that includes the following:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and email inquiries
  • Collect and input data into CRM and EMR
  • Admissions case management and conversion

 

DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Direct responsibilities include fielding calls from various sources (e.g., Internet, direct referrals, etc.), converting calls to clients and then managing the intake and admission activities of the client.
  • Expected to participate in a rotating “on-call” schedule spanning nights and weekends, in addition to the work-week.
  • The Admissions Specialist provides telephonic and in-person assessments, provides initial contact with referral sources and potential clients, coordinates the referral and intake process, maintains follow-up communication with referral sources, families, patients and clinical program staff.
  • Creates approval requests and admissions summaries for incoming clients.
  • Work in partnership with the business development representatives to assist them in facilitating and onboarding their admissions.
  • Work with Housing, Clinical, Medical and Case Management to coordinate and ensure a smooth admission and transition into the program for all incoming clients.
  • Manages and scores inquiries in phone system in a timely fashion.
  • Inputs all relevant data into CRM database in a timely fashion.
  • Inputs all relevant data into EMR database in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain exceptional level of customer service; address and resolve complaints; serve as an example by providing excellent service to internal and external customers, employees and clients.
  • Performance in relation to ethics and professionalism

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  1. Competent person aged eighteen (18) or older.
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize workload and work independently
  4. Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
  5. Ability to use standard office equipment such as computer, copier, fax machine and other equipment as required

Job Title: Alumni Program Coordinator

Integrative Life Center is growing! We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Alumni Coordinator to join our team, create and lead our alumni program.

As the Alumni Program Coordinator, you will provide support to Integrative Life Center alumni to improve upon clinical outcomes, increase engagement and alumni referrals. This will be done through meeting coordination, client outreach, digital and social marketing, and events specific to wellness, education and relationship building. This role requires interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure the program’s success.

The Alumni Program Coordinator should have a thorough understanding of Integrative Life Center’s treatment program and philosophy, admissions process and criteria, and a working knowledge of mental health and addictive disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute an annual program plan that includes digital strategies, quarterly events and outreach initiatives to increase awareness and Alumni referrals
  • Work with the Clinical Managers, Director of Admissions and Case Managers on best practices for optimizing the client experience during treatment and after discharge that optimizes clinical outcomes
  • Create, organize and manage the Alumni contact database using Salesforce and ILC’s EMR system.
  • Plan and execute events that are specific to program goals, carried out within budget, and are well-attended
  • Create and manage ILC Alumni Facebook group
  • Create and submit social posts to Director of Marketing specific to Alumni events and content for sharing across ILC social channels
  • Manage the ILC app; inviting clients to join, posting content regularly and engaging with clients and Alumni in the app feed and direct messages
  • Build and strengthen connections with ILC Alumni through established communication channels (newsletter, Facebook group, texting, emails and phone calls)
  • Endorse the Alumni Program to clients currently in treatment, planning groups and meetings as needed
  • Gather information surrounding the recovery process of each Alumni
  • Ensure all aspects of contact with Alumni are documented in ILC’s EMR system
  • Create content for a monthly Alumni newsletter
  • Recruit speakers for Alumni meetings and events
  • Establish an Alumni Ambassador Program and help recruit ambassadors according to the required criteria
  • Maximize ILC’s digital presence through procuring online reviews
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, including special projects
  • Comply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements


Qualifications
:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in alumni program coordination, clinical outreach and/or event management
  • Understanding of mental health and addiction treatment industry
  • Thorough knowledge of local recovery resources
  • Basic computer skills including competence in Microsoft Office suite and use of internet and social media applications

ILC is not a medical-model treatment center and it’s vital that this person understand the nuances of holistic care and works collaboratively with other departments including Admissions, Clinical and Housing.

 

SUMMARY 

This role is responsible for coordination of medical services that includes:

Job Title: LPN/RN or higher
Reports to: Director of Nursing

The LPN/RN or higher nursing licensure is responsible for providing the quality medical care for Integrative Life Center’s Residential and Partial Hospitalization Programs.

This position is open for day or evening coverage and PRN coverage will be considered. Part of the responsibilities include quality client care, shift report, medication logs, communication with staff, nursing assessments for the oversight of the onsite Residential Assistants and participates in all nursing daily or nightly duties and monthly meetings. This includes ensuring timely implementation of orders given, reporting of client needs, and documentation.

This position will report on a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement needs, and compliance standards of daily client care. This position will also perform direct services to clients including medication administration, education of prescribed medications, processing of labs with clients, executes portions of the initial treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Registered Nurse if designated by the DON and group facilitation as needed. This position will also attend weekly check in meetings with the Director of Nursing to provide information and education to ensure all services are delivered appropriately within each scope of practice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collection, tracking and maintaining client history, recording new data each shift
  • Collecting and documenting client vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature) daily and as needed, reporting any abnormalities to the Director of Nursing
  • Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Observing clients self-administer their own medication as ordered, monitoring doses and client response
  • Administering client medication as ordered, monitoring doses and client response
  • Collecting urine drug screens and client weights as directed, documenting and reporting results
  • Assist clients with minor physical complaints and/or injuries with OTC medication as well as minor wound care as needed
  • Provide emotional support to clients and clients’ families; listening to and reporting concerns; offering supportive feedback
  • Communicating changes in level of client status to Director of Nursing, overseeing physician, or on call medical staff

The RA assists in client orientation to the ILC facility and program, often being the primary point of contact during residency and providing emotional support and assistance to clients in crisis (under the direction of our highly capable and experienced clinical team). You will participate in transporting and supervising clients to and from their activities, monitor their attendance and participation in those activities, and assist with any self-administration of their medications. You will also participate in any activities or therapies as needed (and is appropriate) and contribute to any performance improvement processes as directed.

What this looks like IRL

  • Daily written and verbal communication with medical, clinical and administrative staff members
  • Taking on the daily tasks and duties of running a household according to ILC’s program guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Manager
  • Daily interaction with clients who often exude behaviors of anxiety, illness, emotional upset, hostility, or are disabled or elderly
  • Every day is different; some days are unpredictable and your work is subject to overriding work schedules, shift changes and the needs that arise from client care
  • Responding to emergency situations to provide efficient and immediate care to the ill and injured resident.
  • Managing general medical complaints of altered mental status, respiratory, cardiac, diabetic, allergic reaction, seizures, environmental emergencies, and psychological crisis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school graduate (AA or BA/BS preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience in the behavioral health/substance abuse field preferred
  • Current, valid Tennessee Driver’s License
  • Specialized training or knowledge in behavioral health and/or chemical dependency preferred
  • Ability to work with adult (18+) substance abuse/dual diagnosed population

Job Title: Transportation Liaison Specialist
Reports To: Director of Residential Services
Status: Full Time
Location: Nashville, TN

Integrative Life Center is seeking a Transportation Specialist who will deliver full-time transportation services to all Nashville facilities and provide on-call services during weekends/after-hours if needed. This person in this role should be able to self-direct, have strong therapeutic presentation (has good boundaries, is mature, excellent communication, etc.), be organized, and have strong time management skills.


DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Airport transport (admissions; discharges)
  • Level of care changes
  • Outside appointments
  • ER/ urgent care
  • Lab delivery
  • Transports clients per supervisor’s directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.)
  • Follows emergency procedures exactly to secure safety and welfare of clients
  • Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member of any client behavior that could create a risk to the client’s wellbeing or treatment success
  • Assist with the maintenance of all vehicles, including ensuring they are clean
  • Transports clients to special meetings when needed
  • Attend all required trainings
  • Assist with conducting and documenting monthly safety and maintenance checks of vehicles. Report any findings to Director of Compliance and Operations for follow up action
  • Maintains copies of receipts and any other documentation of repairs and maintenance completed
  • Completes and submits all necessary forms and documentation

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license
  • Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain)
  • Clear driving record
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excels working within a team.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is required for this position. If not CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Sitting in vehicles for long periods of time
  • Assist with picking up luggage into an out of vehicle (50lbs- 100lbs)
  • Driving at night
