Job Title: Behavioral Health – Alumni Relations Coordinator
Status: Full Time

Integrative Life Center is growing! We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Alumni Relations Coordinator to join our team, create and lead our alumni program.

As the Alumni Relations Coordinator, you will provide support to Integrative Life Center alumni to improve upon clinical outcomes, increase engagement and impact our alumni referrals. This will be done through client outreach and event planning, coordination and implementation specific to wellness, education and relationship building. This role requires interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure the program’s success.

The Alumni Relations Coordinator should have a thorough understanding of Integrative Life Center’s treatment program and philosophy, admissions process and criteria, and a working knowledge of mental health and addictive disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the SVP Business Development to develop and execute an annual program plan that includes outreach initiatives and events to increase Alumni engagement and referrals
  • Work closely with the Clinical and Case Manager teams on best practices for optimizing the client experience during treatment and after discharge that optimizes clinical outcomes
  • Promote the alumni program to clients currently in treatment
  • Create, organize and manage the Alumni contact database using Salesforce and ILC’s EMR system.
  • Make follow-up calls to former clients 7 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days post treatment.
  • Implement and report on alumni follow-up surveys (outcomes, candidates for re-admissions, etc)
  • Plan and execute events that are specific to program goals, carried out within budget, and are well-attended
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to create and submit content for sharing across all ILC social channels including blogs and social posts
  • Under direction of Director of Marketing, create and manage ILC Alumni Facebook group
  • Manage the ILC CaredFor app; inviting clients to join, posting content regularly and engaging with clients and Alumni in the app feed and direct messages
  • Build and strengthen connections with ILC Alumni through established communication channels (newsletter, Facebook group, texting, emails and phone calls)
  • Create content for a monthly Alumni eNewsletter
  • Establish and grow an Alumni National Recovery Ambassador Program and help recruit ambassadors according to the required criteria
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, including special projects
  • Comply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements


Qualifications
:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in alumni program coordination, clinical outreach and/or event management
  • Understanding of mental health and addiction treatment industry
  • Thorough knowledge of local recovery resources
  • Basic computer skills including competence in Microsoft Office suite and use of internet and social media applications
  • Work well independently and also has the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams at Integrative Life Center
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and outreach skills
  • Ability to multitask/prioritize different projects and assignments
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Job Title: Admissions Specialist
Reports to: Director of Admissions

Integrative Life Network is growing and looking to add an Admissions Specialist to our team. This position is responsible for the Admissions process for incoming clients across our family of treatment centers: Integrative Life Center, Begin Again Institute and Boulder Recovery. While this position is located in Nashville, Tennessee and will office out of Integrative Life Center’s business office, this role will perform the responsibilities below for all of our treatment facilities across the country.

 

SUMMARY

Responsible for the admissions process that includes the following:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls and email inquiries
  • Collect and input data into CRM and EMR
  • Admissions case management and conversion

 

DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Direct responsibilities include fielding calls from various sources (e.g., Internet, direct referrals, etc.), converting calls to clients and then managing the intake and admission activities of the client.
  • Expected to participate in a rotating “on-call” schedule spanning nights and weekends, in addition to the work-week.
  • The Admissions Specialist provides telephonic and in-person assessments, provides initial contact with referral sources and potential clients, coordinates the referral and intake process, maintains follow-up communication with referral sources, families, patients and clinical program staff.
  • Creates approval requests and admissions summaries for incoming clients.
  • Work in partnership with the business development representatives to assist them in facilitating and onboarding their admissions.
  • Work with Housing, Clinical, Medical and Case Management to coordinate and ensure a smooth admission and transition into the program for all incoming clients.
  • Manages and scores inquiries in phone system in a timely fashion.
  • Inputs all relevant data into CRM database in a timely fashion.
  • Inputs all relevant data into EMR database in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain exceptional level of customer service; address and resolve complaints; serve as an example by providing excellent service to internal and external customers, employees and clients.

You will play a pivotal role in the everyday responsibilities, tasks and interaction with our valued clients. You will be responsible for a variety of support tasks that are essential to the healing and therapeutic environment of ILC by monitoring and overseeing patient compliance with our program.

 

The RA assists in client orientation to the ILC facility and program, often being the primary point of contact during residency and providing emotional support and assistance to clients in crisis (under the direction of our highly capable and experienced clinical team). You will participate in transporting and supervising clients to and from their activities, monitor their attendance and participation in those activities, and assist with any self-administration of their medications. You will also participate in any activities or therapies as needed (and is appropriate) and contribute to any performance improvement processes as directed.

What this looks like IRL

  • Daily written and verbal communication with medical, clinical and administrative staff members
  • Taking on the daily tasks and duties of running a household according to ILC’s program guidelines

Requirements

Job Title: LPN/RN or higher
Reports to: Director of Nursing

The LPN/RN or higher nursing licensure is responsible for providing the quality medical care for Integrative Life Center’s Residential and Partial Hospitalization Programs.

This position is open for day or evening coverage and PRN coverage will be considered. Part of the responsibilities include quality client care, shift report, medication logs, communication with staff, nursing assessments for the oversight of the onsite Residential Assistants and participates in all nursing daily or nightly duties and monthly meetings. This includes ensuring timely implementation of orders given, reporting of client needs, and documentation.

This position will report on a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement needs, and compliance standards of daily client care. This position will also perform direct services to clients including medication administration, education of prescribed medications, processing of labs with clients, executes portions of the initial treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Registered Nurse if designated by the DON and group facilitation as needed. This position will also attend weekly check in meetings with the Director of Nursing to provide information and education to ensure all services are delivered appropriately within each scope of practice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collection, tracking and maintaining client history, recording new data each shift
  • Collecting and documenting client vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature) daily and as needed, reporting any abnormalities to the Director of Nursing
  • Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
  • Observing clients self-administer their own medication as ordered, monitoring doses and client response
  • Administering client medication as ordered, monitoring doses and client response
  • Collecting urine drug screens and client weights as directed, documenting and reporting results
  • Assist clients with minor physical complaints and/or injuries with OTC medication as well as minor wound care as needed
  • Provide emotional support to clients and clients’ families; listening to and reporting concerns; offering supportive feedback
  • Communicating changes in level of client status to Director of Nursing, overseeing physician, or on call medical staff
