Music Row Recovery IOP

Music Row Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is like having one foot in treatment and one foot in the real world. This program can serve as a next step in the continuum of care when completing a partial hospitalization program, or a step up from an outpatient level of care such as individual psychotherapy or counseling. Music Row Recovery IOP allows clients the freedom to engage with the world around them in a safe and supportive therapeutic setting.

At Music Row IOP Treatment Program in Nashville, TN clients participate in a four-day, 12-hour weekly therapy program with one individual session per week. We encourage practicing new coping and life skills through recovery meetings and working or volunteering in the community. Clients are expected to attend five outside meetings—12-step meetings (including ACA, SLAA, EDA, etc.), SMART, Refuge Recovery, NAMI, spiritual or other—per week.

Music Row Recovery IOP clients may choose to live independently and commute in for programming, or live in one of our two gender separate, eight-resident historical homes for men and women. Both homes are within walking distance of our clinical office. Music Row Recovery housing is reserved only for those participating in programming at our ILC Intensive Outpatient IOP Treatment Program in Nashville, TN.
