Terra has been working in the behavioral health field since 2012 creating and implementing well-designed compliance programs that empower organizations to move confidently and successfully into a space of helping their clients heal. Terra believes compliance and operations are true art forms in teamwork and communication, and aims for simplicity as it brings the gift of efficiency by reducing organizational and individual risk. Terra enjoys using her skills to help provide structure that allows the team to do the creative healing work they do while enhancing the culture. Terra strives to be a leader best described by Brene’ Brown “ I define a leader as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and process, and who has that courage to develop that potential.”
