Teresa Mock brings deep experience in healthcare and marketing to her role as Admissions Specialist at Integrative Life Center. A Georgia native, Teresa earned a B.S. in nursing at the Medical College of Georgia and was a member of the first community-based nursing program in the U.S.

In Georgia, and later in Tennessee, Teresa worked as a neonatal nurse. She gained experience in case management and business operations as part of a home infusion business startup, then pursued a successful career in sales and marketing. She studied leadership development at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Drawing on her education and experience, Teresa launched her own business, providing empowerment recovery coaching and case management. In the spirit of continuum of care she worked closely with providers and practitioners to deliver needed services for behavioral health clients.

As an ILC Admissions Specialist, Teresa brings compassionate insight into personal struggle. She understands the feelings of fear, anxiety and loneliness that can weigh on those seeking treatment. She seeks to align the formal aspects of admission, such as the completion of assessments and paperwork, with the heart-centered work of welcoming individuals to a place of hope and connection.

Teresa is a pet-lover and an accomplished therapeutic yoga professional, serving individuals with anxiety, depression and trauma. She treasures time with nature on mountain trails and bodies of water and can often be found dancing joyfully at live music venues.
