Jeff Snyder spent the first 12 years of his career building teams and strategic plans for growth stage, venture-backed platforms in healthcare. In 2022, he redirected his focus to the mission-driven work of connecting people with transformational care in mental and behavioral health. Jeff was most recently a Vice President at Hashed Health – a venture studio building platform-based startups in healthcare – where he led community development, marketing, and recruiting efforts for the portfolio. Prior to Hashed, Jeff founded an executive search firm, Stride Hill, which partnered with growth stage healthcare companies on team building, strategic planning, and consulting projects. Jeff cut his teeth in healthcare startups in 2012, when he co-founded Clariture Health, a healthcare digital marketing platform that connected consumers with the care they needed through a digital front door. Clariture ultimately merged to form a healthcare analytics platform, Trilliant Health, where Jeff built the Client Operations team, and ultimately served as SVP of Corporate Strategy & Development. Trilliant continues to be a leading provider of predictive analytics for healthcare provider organizations today. Jeff received a BBA in Risk Management & BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and an MBA with Healthcare Management & Marketing concentrations from Belmont University’s Massey College of Business. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys chasing his toddlers around Nashville, rooting on the Tennessee Titans and Georgia Bulldogs, and focusing on self-improvement each day.
