Ashton Maguire is a therapist at Integrative Life Center, providing group and individual services for clients navigating healing from trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and disordered eating at the residential level of care. Ashton is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, connected, and empowered in their healing.
Ashton received her Masters of Education in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University and has several years of clinical experience. Her clinical approach is trauma-informed and relational, integrating somatic awareness, attachment-based work, and experiential interventions. She believes healing happens through compassion, curiosity, and meaningful connection—with oneself and with others.
