Elizabeth Woods, LPC-MHSP (temp)
Elizabeth Woods is a therapist at Integrative Life Center, providing group and individual services for clients struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, and trauma across all levels of care. Elizabeth also provides support for the internship program at ILC.
Elizabeth received her Master of Education in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. Elizabeth has trained in a variety of trauma-based therapies, including clinical hypnotherapy, parts work, and brainspotting. She is also receiving training to work with eating disorders from a somatic and attachment-based lens through the Embodied Recovery Institute. She is passionate about supporting clients on the journey of recovery by reconnecting with their authentic, whole selves.
