Anna Mills

Therapist

Anna is a therapist at Integrative Life Center, having earned an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University. Anna provides compassionate care in both individual and group therapy for those navigating mental health and addiction recovery. She is trained in Eye Movement Densitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman Level I, Psychological First Aid, and Safe Zone practices. With empathy and an understanding of trauma, Anna helps clients explore how past experiences – especially those from childhood – shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She believes healing begins with understanding these patterns and working together to build healthier coping strategies. Through a trauma-informed approach, Anna creates a safe space for clients to process their experiences, develop resilience and move toward lasting change.
