Music Row Recovery IOP

Music Row Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is like having one foot in treatment and one foot in the real world. This program can serve as the next step in the continuum of care when completing a partial hospitalization program, or a step up from an outpatient level of care such as individual psychotherapy or counseling. Music Row Recovery IOP allows clients the freedom to engage with the world around them in a safe and supportive therapeutic setting.

At Music Row IOP Treatment Program in Nashville, TN clients participate in a four-day, 12-hour weekly therapy program with one individual session per week. We encourage practicing new coping and life skills through recovery meetings and working or volunteering in the community. Clients are expected to attend five outside meetings—12-step meetings (including ACA, SLAA, EDA, etc.), SMART, Refuge Recovery, NAMI, spiritual or other—per week.

Housing

Music Row Recovery IOP clients may choose to live independently and commute in for programming or live in one of our two gender-separate, eight-resident historical homes. Both homes are within walking distance of our clinical office. Music Row Recovery housing is reserved only for those participating in PHP or IOP.

Medical

From day one, our medical team assesses, treats and evaluates each client from a biological perspective to ensure optimal health and benefit from program participation. Clients have access to ILC’s medical services and staff Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

IOP clients receive 12-hours of group therapy per week lead by skilled master’s level therapists. Also, we provide one weekly individual session with their primary therapist. Therapeutic modalities may include:
