Robin Mastroni’s depth and breadth of experience in the field of behavioral health span more than twenty years. She has worked in diverse clinical settings and has held leadership roles in direct clinical practice, strategic planning and development, marketing and event planning, and clinical outreach and business development.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and earned her master’s in social work from Widener University.

As Integrative Life Center’s East Coast Clinical Outreach Professional, Robin provides outreach to professionals across this region. She offers educational workshops for clinicians, hosts information sessions, and meets with individuals to share the ILC story and offerings. Robin’s experience and accomplishments make her a trusted resource. She has developed and maintains long-standing relationships with clinicians and mental health professionals across the country, and has been privileged to work alongside many industry thought leaders.

ILC’s intimate, spiritual environment, and the focus on experiential treatment align closely with Robin’s experience and values. As well, she believes the healthy culture among the ILC treatment team and Nashville’s positive energy play an important role in positive client outcomes.
