ILC Chattanooga’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
ILC Chattanooga’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a transitional level of care for clients who are needing support outside of outpatient therapy and the benefit of trauma-focused group therapy. IOP programming is an ideal next step from the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) but can also be a starting point for clients, depending on therapeutic need and indication.
Program Highlights
Clients struggling with primary Mental Health Disorders and Substance Use Disorders will receive a trauma-focused, customized treatment plan that’s aligned with their personal goals for healing and recovery.
Programming occurs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday each week from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
Our Approach
As with the PHP program, ILC Chattanooga’s IOP level of care takes a trauma-resolution approach to address issues of mental health and substance use disorders. Our team uses integrative and holistic modalities to treat underlying trauma at the root of most maladaptive behaviors and issues instead of focusing on outward symptoms and diagnoses. This approach creates a lasting shift in the lives of our clients. It empowers them to realize authentic connection and the truth of their identity rather than taking on labels of sickness, disease, and genetic predisposition.
